Avocado hummus

Ideal as appetizer with pita bread and raw vegetables as carrots, red pepper, zucchini and celery. Also ideal as base for toasts (toasts with avocado hummus together with rucula, black olives and dried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil).

  • Avocado
  • Cooked chickpeas
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sesame
  • Cumin


  • Shake all ingredients in a mixer.
  • Present in a bowl.
  • Add some chickpeas, extra virgin olive oil, sesame and cumin.
