Pitaya

At Tropical Millenium we sell the pink pitaya. This variety has an intense pink colour on the outside and inside.

The pitaya is rich in antioxidants, vitamin B3, riboflavin and thiamine. It also has a high percentage of vegetable fibre, which helps the intestinal transit.

In terms of nutritional values, we can say that pitaya is very hydrating, with a high water rate of over 90%, which helps to preserve the figure while also providing energy thanks to its low calorie rate but high concentration of vegetable proteins.
